flavorwise everything on segovia is weak lolz

To make anything smaller on Segovia than the whales they'd probably need to make a card like Little Girl.

The Hippodrome from Planechase, as set on Segovia, should give Segovian Leviathan +5/+5. I'd play it then. : P

@Leshrac_Nightwalker, those whales in Segovian's picture are supposed to be the size of goldfish, it's not to scale AT ALL. This creature would barely compare to the whale shone in Marhjan.
I'd totally run it in a Ula's Temple deck, if it cost 3 or 4.
5 is just too much for a 3/3 islandwalk.

Bit of a disconnect between art and mechanics. Look at the whales in his entourage! He's scaled bigger than Marjhan at less than half the P/T.

@Dr.Pingas: Oh, I can't defend my comment in the face of goldfish-sized whales! At the date I posted this comment, I don't think I knew that Segovia was a plane. You have to admit, looking at the three whales in Magic, Segovian should really have been bigger.

I guess it's a desperate planeswalker who summons any creatures from Segovia!

Also there is no way to tell how big the creature is in the picture. For all we know the smaller fish could be the size of our modern day whales.
