Nice for combat tricks and gives you a card to draw, I like it. 4/5.
I love this card... drawing cards is always nice, especially in green, which is supposed to be second best at drawing, and deathtouch is one of the most annoying abilities you can play against, also not very common in green. 3 CMC is quite low, considering you have a geen (even just partially), it should be no problem to cast it.

@TheSwarm - much more flavourful to use with the unicorn than Gorgon Flail ^_^ I imagine its horn has been laced with the stuff.

Cantrip removal in green is nice.
Being able to combo it with a lot of things is nicer. Scattershot Archer for example.

I'm attacking with a 3/3 trample something, you block with something big, not realizing that it will die AND you will take two trample damage over the top. Deathtouch is crazy synergistic with trample. Also with First strike. Creatures that already have deathtouch are small, weak, and don't have synergistic abilities (with two exceptions, both gold cards). This card is the enabler that lets you combine common abilities with its best friend.
Lace with Moonglove causes card advantage. But not always for you. If they terror your creature, you get two-for-oned and you don't draw a card since Lace with Moonglove is countered for not having any targets. If they don't kill the target, then you get the plus one.
Where this shines is multiplayer. When your opponents are battling, then you can throw it on one of their creatures to take something big down. This reduces the risk to yourself since the onus is on one opponent to preemptively destroy your other opponent's creature to prevent you from drawing a replacement card.
