I don't quite get it. So Im allowed to play 60 relentless rats in a standard format game? Or the Standard Format that limits me to 4 of the same cards per deck overrides the card ruling telling me I can have 60 of these cards in a deck? ?HuhWhat?

This card is fun when you have 20-30 in a deck wityh a few fillers and 22-24 Swamps. 4th turn Dark Ritual and extra swamp and fart out 3 5/5 Rats. :p and they better get taken care of or they just keep getting bigger and more numerous. :p

Coat of Arms would make a great filler for this impractical but amusing deck. Would Soulblast and Sword of the Ages consider these 2/2 or add their bonuses?

It would be fun to play the deck once, for lol factor... but i really can't see shelling out the money to get 20+ of the same uncommon that wouldn't be all that useful in another deck. If it was +1/+1 for each other rat, I'd consider it for rat tribal though.
@mode I think next time they re-print this, it should be as a Basic Creature - Rat, but they would also have to change the deck rules to "Can have any number of basic cards" instead of "Any number of basic land cards" to be able to be able to remove that portion of the rules text. (and they would probably still throw reminder text on there anyways)
