Maybe not in vintage/legacy, in extended its awesome, its like nature's spiral without any limitations beyond it being in your graveyard.

It may cost more, Ryosuke, but in Vintage Regrowth is restricted. This isn't.

Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio; a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy; he hath borne me on his back a thousand times; and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is!

Strictly better than Call to Mind. In... green? wat
For one more mana, it's better than Regrowth in a multi-color deck.

Should cost 1 mana less. :-)

@EvilKhelso
Been a year since your comment I realize, but still baffling how this is better than Regrowth in a multicolor deck; they both only cost 1 green mana, so is costing more just better for some reason?
While the definition of "strictly" means no card is strictly better or worse than another, this as close to being strictly worse than Regrowth as one can get.
Kinda surprised this isn't the card that ended up in DotP instead of Regrowth though, what with this being the newer "fixed" version. But then, seems they're starting to get back to thinking Regrowth is fairly costed anyways, what with un-restricting it and supposedly going to reprint it...

Then again, it's not quite that good, so... 4/5.
