The card its self isn't completly horrible. 4 generic mana and 1 red for a 7/7 is pretty good. It just becomes awfull becuse by the time it would be able to attack you have a 50% chance that its going back to your hand. Giving this card Echo would have been a much better comprimise.
A 7/7 for 5 that can be tossed into almost any deck that includes red and has a 50% chance of being bounced during each upkeep? Not terrible, but there's better.
