Not all lands are nonbasic. As a matter of fact, if I played this, it'd probably be in a mono-white casual Knight deck, where almost all of my lands were basic Plains. Or I'd be playing Limited, with almost all basics.
i'm guessing this wasn't put in the Knights deck because.....why? oh. that's right. it'd be horribly broken xD
