Good offensive card in any blue deck with snow lands. A bit weak though, and makes your lands subject to burn/removal/wrath effects. A potential game winner with any untap ability and enough lands.

why is this rated so low? Any control deck with blue just turns all it's lands over to the snow kind and runs this for an alpha strick finish to come. Sure you don't want to run it with wrath effects, that's why it makes grixis control decks so bad in casual.
