A solid 4/5 black card. Always fun to throw one in a random monoblack just to spice things up a bit.
This printing gets 5/5 for wicked art though.

I don't think he plalys so bad, but he is like that ratcatcher from the story who plays to lure all the rats out of town... the rats had pest... sooo..... get the drift? ;)

Other than that, Cemetery Gate combos well with this card letting you hit the board every Round
