Not the best effect, but it's cheap and can give you a turn-2 3/5. You really have to run it in a G/W deck; it's not nearly as useful if you can only use it once.

Absolutely necessary for pauper slivers.

OK, so for GW I can get +2, +4, or for G I can get +3, +3. In general increases to power are considered better then increases to toughness. I'm going to have to go with this not being a good card even in a green and white deck. Possible saving grace: you can use it on two different creatures. Even so...

People, come on! In G/W this allows you to sneak out a trick, beat up a 3/3 with a 2/2, survive, and get a free boost spell afterwards. Stop focusing on raw power and you'll realize this card gives you a healthy amount of card advantage in some match ups.

Nobody has mentioned that this card is actually very flexible. It can save your creature if it need 1-2 more toughness to live, it can help your creatures kill/trade with your opponent's creatures, and i think most importantly it can give a creature +2/+4 or two creatures +1/+2 during a single combat for the cost of GW. Pretty solid combat trick for casual imo.

That elf is so skinny it looks like he would belong on a G/B card. Maybe that could be an interesting mirror to this, if they swapped around the P/T bonuses.

I prefer Sigil Blessing.

This is so going in Dark Ascension. I called it first.

So for WhiteGreen my guy gets +2/+4 at instant speed? 3.5/5 stars

Very weak in comparison to Giant Growth and the like, and the major problem with it is it doesn't feel White at all. White doesn't hunt. Make it +2/+1 and Red for flashback and we'll start talking.

I don't know why some of the smarter comments are being downvoted, this is almost universally weaker than other comparable spells. Being able to use it twice is nice, but it's very defensive and if your opponent calls your bluff the second time you'd use it you either waste it or he bluffed you! It's not often that two creatures (for me anyway) that are mirrored stats (1/2 fighting a 2/1 for example), and that's where this card tends to help most.

Comparable Cards:
Barkshell Blessing
Joint Assault
Prey's Vengeance

While they each have difference limitations, the total buffs on the above are +4/+4 and for *NO* additional mana commitment. This card is a total +2/+4 and is only better in very situational circumstances. Run Barkshell most of the time (if you need to buff two, or think you may need to buff the same one twice in one go, possibly due to Livewire Lash shinanigans)

Many other cards offer a straight up +4/+4 or better for the same or less cost and some restriction; but even the above show that this card is bottom of the pile, while being quite usable.
