One of the best racers in the Azorius Guild. Nice card.

Very good creature, it can be even better than Kitchen Finks.

Not tremendously good, but I love the art and flavor text. Definitely NOT better than Kitchen Finks.

When they said it may be better then Kitchen Finks they didn't mean by the life gain alone.
This creature is unblockable. That is what MIGHT make it better.
But personally I see no reason to compare the two.
They are extremely different.
The unbloackability suits me more though.

I kinda like how his abilities work together.
He's too expensive to just block a weenie and die, so he gives you some extra life to compensate for it (and hits opponent every turn).
Or takes burn spell in the face instead of you, which means even bigger life advantage.
One way or another, the extra 4 life means he will often be more useful than phantom warrior.
Well, in UW decks anyway.

A tremendously efficient use of mana and abilities. Solid creature.

"If this enters the battlefield in a way other than announcing it as a spell, then the appropriate mana can’t have been paid, and you’ll have to sacrifice it. "
Confusion in the Ranks makes this basically " : Gain control of target creature. You gain 4 life."

for a phantom warrior that gains 4 life, seems legit. Yeah it has 1 toughness, but normally phantom warrior doesnt utilize his 2 toughness. Only relevant if they have a ping.
