Aaah so much fun. I wanted to see this in regular Magic, long before Krark's Thumb. I still do, come to think of it :D

I could definitely see this guy being in a future Edition set. Heck he could even keep the name and not seem out of place.

Unglued common. Like many Un-cards, Goblin Bookie doesn't work perfectly within the rules. It turns out you can't activate an ability in the middle of another ability resolving. To do something like this in regular Magic, you want something like, say, Krark's Thumb.

Too bad it's ability is broken... Only if it had a static ability with a replacement effect... like
"If you would roll a dice or flip a coin and you lise that flip or roll, you may flip that coin or roll that dice again."

Actually is just a 1/1 creature with Red.

His ability is surprisingly standard-legal....

Would be a nice addition to a Planechase deck.

Flavor text is apparently a parody of Firestorm

with a few alterations this could be a legal card, I run it in my casual goblin deck.

With Dragon's Maze's new Goblin Test Pilot, this has gained a wonderful new partner in crime for the Casual Goblin Troll deck. After all the effort of assigning the various creatures and players to a d20(or however you arbitrarily determine it), reroll every time to cause even more wasted time. Fun for everyone out to cause a little stress.
