A bit overpriced and the fact that you have to at least splash black makes the regeneration effect kinda suck...

Not a bad creature, but probably shouldn't have cost more than 4.

Would have been nice at Wind Drakes cmc, since well, you need black to regen, and well, regen is not that great anyway...

Well a zombie lord makes it work. Pretty great with Death Baron. Still, a 3/3 flying deathtouching regenerator for seven and two colors, hmm alright I suppose but pricey. I guess throw in Zombie Warchief, but then whats the point, turn five to pay four mana to cast this guy. At least it's boosted.

Ideally, T3 Death Baron, T4 Undead Warchief, T5 Tattered Drake for a 5/4 flying regenerating deathtoucher. Not bad I guess.

Even the flavor text hates this card.

Interestingly, this is a Blue Zombie.

Not bad in a control deck in EDH. He'll block the most dangerous of your opponents' creatures all day long.

This is really bad. If it cost blue to regen, it would be over-costed, but maybe of value. Since you either have to be playing B/U, or at least splash, this is way over-costed.

To everyone saying about having to splash black and such, you do realize this was in Ravnica: City of Guilds, right? , aka Dimir, even has a watermark right on the card. Don't get me wrong, this card isnt cheap, and isnt very good, but for limited it was decent. Especially if you take in to consideration the fact the Dimir was a slower, control-based archetype, a blocker that can block the majority of threats AND regen to do it again next turn is a very good thing to have. 2.5/5 for a limited card, and even then only in certain decks...
