As mentioned, works well with Exalted. Target it with an Inside Out when it attacks to maximise damage.

2.5 from me. I use 2 of them in my bant deck. Its not even that necessary to include stuff to switch his power/toughness round. Assuming you drop a land and an exalted creature every turn for the first 5, he's going to be swinging for 5 damage from his first attack.

Decent in Exalted (incuring all those bonuses + being unblockable = yum, plus he's Blue), but even then, 1/5 is a rather crap way to begin and outside of Exalted and Bant he blows.
