I like that this card allowed you to draft in a completely different way. Sure, you could do the same with Vision Charm, but you really needed a lot of those to make them worthwhile.

Mill for 4, for 2 mana. By itself, an ok ability. When you can do that every turn, it's very powerful. And it's not even on a permanant, so your opponents can't artifact-destruction or creature-kill this away.
