This one will at most find use in a sideboard for block-constructed, unless you're going to combine it with another creature-type changing card, which isn't worth the truble normally.
Being a Sorcery and being forced to return each creature unless you're willing to pay a lot of mana, this won't make a good bounce to use on your creatures, either...

Well now that we've gone through Innistrad block. This card could be slightly more useful for clearing out spirit tokens and such.
