From befor the color pie, a 1-mana green card that gives both Haste and Vigilance.

Incredibly good on a Priest of Titania or Elvish Archdruid.

Not strictly vigilance as attacking would still tap and the effect couldn't be used before declaring all attackers are done. If you use it I can respond with my assassin (spell or creature) and good bye to your attacker. On the other hand if you don't use it and I use my assassin, you can respond to my assassin by untapping the creature and my assassination will not work.

So with assassin out you'll never use the ability.

A combo engine before people even realized combos existed.
