Does the "scream" effect of the third-degree-burn counter persist even after RHH has left play?

One of these + Rod of spanking = someone who might never play Magic with you again.

If there are multiple third-degree burn counters on the battlefield, do they all trigger separately?

Play this card in the library or somewhere else where your opponent has to be quiet. See how far they are willing to go : )

Assuming your opponent never yells to keep his creature, you're just left with a 2/5 with delayed deathtouch for 4cmc. Not a good card, not deserving of 4 stars.

Rotate the number 3 clockwise and you'll see why the counter is named that :)
