No and no. If it were any better, it'd have to be an uncommon. Then again there are far better 3 drops, such as Ashenmoor Gouger or Hypnotic Specter.

I like to think of this guy as an improved version of Serpent Warrior, which was a standard 3 drop for Black for most of the game's history. Plus this guys likes Demons, and any reason to play more Demons is a good one... (unless your opponent runs Baneslayers, in which case...)

I enjoy the flavor of this. He can only attack or block with his spells using blood. If you have a demon, they team up and everything's fine, Mr. Ogre can attack. But if you REALLY want him to attack or block... He CAN use yours...
