Vastly improved with the advent of Angel of Flight Alabaster. Protect your spirit enabler multiple times and get two spirits as necessary.

Angel of Flight Alabaster is a nice combo with this one, but it doesn't change the fact that it's a 1/4 for four mana that is not entirely useful without the angel out. For similar effect, perhaps Hana Kami + Blessed Breath is more versatile.
