I think I'd have to whack someone upside the head if they played this. It would get annoying really fast.
A 3/3 for CMC 6? No thank you. That being said, I don't think its effect technically does anything as there is no such thing as acrificesay-ing.

To speak in pig latin, you take the first letters until you hit a vowel and put it at the end follow by "ay". When you start with a vowel, just put "ay" at the end.
