With proper mana acceleration, green decks should not have a hard time getting the green dawn out. Granted, most decks will probably play with 5 colors if they play with the bringers.
The ability that comes with the green bringer is excellent. It works like the Rampaging Baloths, but it is constant, rather than every land drop. Sure, the baloths have a lesser CMC, stronger tokens, and 1 more P/T, but if you get no land drops, you won't get any tokens. Meanwhile, the bringer will just keep on making them. I'd rate them both evenly, In my honest opinion.
The only bringer that's even moderately playable outside of a 5 color deck. This of course is due to the fact that only green can reliably achieve 9 mana in a reasonable time consistently.
