One of my regular opponents likes to play this in a deck with Teneb, the Harvester. It seems a bit like overkill, but he loves it.

Looks like a way to make mill work in multiplayer.

Works nice with reanimator, also can really hinder your opponent(s). A Solid card.

Don't forget your Gaea's Blessings so you don't mill yourself. Since the ability you care about doesn't require casting it, you don't even have to be playing green.

Gaea's Blessing isn't that important with this. Unless something freaky happens, your opponent is going to draw a card before you. I'd rather run Laboratory Maniac as an alternate win condition should my opponent have an Eldrazi or something hidden somewhere in his/her deck.

According to Wizards, R&D thought Yawgmoth's Will would combo with Whetstone. http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtgcom%2Fdaily%2Faf2

Get it? A Whetstone goes in a mill (deck)!

Even in the artwork, it gathers dust.

Any card that is a win condition doesn't get less than 4/5 in my book. Would have much rather seen this than millstone in M14
