He doesn't deserve such a low rating. In the right deck he's just a 5/5 for 6, for blue, which is fine. In the wrong deck, he's still a 5/5 blocker for 6, which isn't useless. It's bad, but he doesn't deserve below a 1 rating.

Yes he does. Mahamoti Djinn costs the same and is way better, Water Elemental costs less, has only one toughness less and no drawback.
Ok, both my examples cost instad of , but that is no problem when we are talking blue deck with casting cost creatures.
