More than just Madness. Threshold, reanimation, unearth, to name a few, could all benefit from this card. The cc of 4 though isn't very helping :(

Good use for the Sundial of the Infinite...if you consider drawing an extra card a turn for "good."

I'd still prefer Howling Mine...
This grantes the bonus card only to you, but at it's a bit too much. Also, the drawback can be turned into an advantage in some circumstances, but IMHO this is really underwhelming.
