In the first tournament I ever played in (Beta was the most recent set available) I was crushed in round three to a deck that played 10 of these, 10 Hypnotic Specter, and 16 Sinkhole (the mana base was 10 Mox Jet, 10 Swamp, and 4 Black Lotus). It was devastating. He went on to win the whole event. Imagine that. I was thrilled when the 4 copy limit rule was put into effect later on (while the operator of the Sinkhole deck was furious).

I was kinda sad knowing I didn't play Magic in the early years when I could have, but hearing that story kinda makes me feel better. Back when there was ante and no 4 card rule sucks.
Anyways about the card. I guess is okay if you have Filth in you're graveyard.
