U-B-E-R I run a full set of runes in my Cycling deck, because I am able to cycle the runes as many times as I can slide my Monk Idealist.

Almost certainly the most useful of the Runes. Cycling makes this maindeckable, and it can be easaly switched out for whatever other Runes are in your sideboard.
Art makes this seem more like an artifact, not the only Rune like that.

Cycling fits very well with the classic Circles of Protection. The originals were certainly useful, but they were dead draws if you already had one out, or hadn't sideboarded yet and got the wrong color. Cycling makes that much less painful.
And Ramleg, you can use this to protect your planeswalkers from direct damage spells and effects (like Fireball or Prodigal Sorcerer), since those technically target you and then get redirected to the walker. But you can't use it to protect your walker against attacking creatures, since those attack the walker directly.
