Dear Guest: It's a flying sunfish with a spiky tail. Not that odd. Granted, sunfish are really damn weird all by themselves.
I know the abuse potential of comes-into-play effects with this mechanic, but I'd just use Cowardace with some cheap creature, or something that already has a comes-into-play ability. Flametongue Kavu, perhaps? Something like that.

Sounds both good and bad in limited. If they can target it with a creature ability or something, its obviously pretty bad, but if they cant... yep not good outside of limited.
