Barrels of fun with False Cure, or straight-up good in Test of Endurance.

It's one of those cards that wins you the game in tight races but immediately loses if you're already losing on the board. You really need to build your deck around abusing it if you're going to put it in your deck.

fun to use with Sanguine Bond

I'd consider running in a deck with Ajani Goldmane, preferably with effects that can give that life-total P/T fatty trample.
