Horrible even when you're playing Energy Chamber + Doubling Season.

This is actually pretty good! I mean, maybe not for the block it was in (considering how many artifacts were there,) but a 6/6 trampler for 3 (even if it comes out only 2 or 3 turns later) is not bad.

The art is referencing Chimeric Sphere in the way it's made out of metallic ribbons that changes from an egg shape into a big monster.

This is great. Until you COUNT on it. This is like buying stock, every single game. All cards are but this is one that really is. High risk, high reward kinda thing. But you could potentially have 4 of these out and an opp kills you with 2 1/1's over X turns.. Good maybe even great plan B tho..

I remember playing against this card in my "early days". While i know it's not the most powerful thing,
I really respected the power of this card.
And i think it would make a great future inclusion (even as a Rare) in a Core Set:

When regarding a simple match between new players, this card provides a passive, upcoming and recurring threat for the opponent that has great flavor and thus understandably explains the "~ becomes X ueot" thing, and it can learn its controller how to activate it at the right moment.
(I for instance tended to forget that the ability can also be activated in my turn to block an attack since i always imagined it just as a 'charging threat' because of the trample...and my opponent once removed nine counters to attack with a 18/18 trampler. Now i know this obviously isn't quite how it works, haha!)

if only it didn't have that "at the end of turn" clause in there..
