For a sliver tribal, the only time one would play this, this card is a must it obsoletes all other evasive abilities.

Unless your opponent is running Slivers as well, a control deck (to take one of your creatures to block) or one that handles with creature types (e.g. with Changelings), this guy will make your slivers unblockable which is, briefly speaking, most of the time.

Mix with Virurent Sliver and you have the win.

Best Evasion Sliver. It's also a good bargain for what it does.

I actually took this guy out of my Sliver deck, because it made games way too easy. The instant I played this guy it was game.

Good bargain for what it does? This is broken, nearly all games it will make all your slivers unblockable! This is too good.
Obviously good in more mid-rangey sliver decks, that aren't winning off the back of the power early drops of green/white slivers. "All your creatures are unblockable" is pretty powerful.
Personally though, I do enjoy it in my Bant "every-tribe" deck, built primarily around Mirror Entity, and a couple of different tutors to ensure I get out the ME, and any tribal effects I want. Having unblockable creatures when you have a Mirror Entity out is usually savagely brutal.
