Why is the rating so low? f only a single opponent has one black permanent, is a regrowth, 2 and it's a restock. This card is nuts in 5 player or 6 player multiplayer games.

Against black, not only are you getting insane card advantage, but since it doesn't exile itself like some recent regrowth effects, you can use two of them to constantly return cards from your graveyard. At instant speed, no less.

And even if not playing against black, if you wanted to you could make it work playing a deck using something like Shifting Sky to turn opponent's nonland permanents black - probably not very good, but it'd work.

Even with just one black permanent on the field, this is instant speedregrowth. Deserves a 4.5/5 for being a champion sideboard card.
