... and then: Fade Away for a massive removal spell, and Propaganda to shut down any attack. Thanks to Soul Barrier, it may be easiest to win your Power Sink "X" challange. Very effective too with many card in Urza block.

One of my favourite counterspell, it lock the opponent for a turn and counter a threat... Usual suspects aside (Force of Will, Mana Drain, Counterspell and the likes), a great counterspell!

Used to be a complete monster before the 6th rule change. Interrupt speed couldn't be responded too with instants, meaning you couldn't spend your mana before this went off unless you had some kind of counter.
