It's still a 3/3 flier. Great in limited. Either shoot somer dorks or attack for three. In constructed, not so much.

Despite the overcosted {3}{U}{U} it still crosses the threshold of the colour pie (before it was made, really) nonetheless direct damage in {U} has it's uses. Also the artwork is pretty sweet.
