This face is the face of every judge who's had to deal with Licid rulings. Nah, just kidding. I really like Licids but this one seems rather subpar. 1 damage a turn for 2 mana...plus 1 mana later...even if you can bounce it off the creature and reattach it later its kinda lame.

Block with it, then turn it into an enchantment at the end of the blockers phase, then it sits until the next upkeep to deal a damage and then become a creature again. I loves me some Licids.

Its cheap cost makes it work kind of like Drudge Skeletons, with a ping attached. Not a terrible licid.

What happens if i put grafted exoskeleton on this guy?

{B}{B}, {T}: Pops off, blocks a creature, pops on again. When you add the fact that it also deals 1 damage a turn, that's not bad in black control.
