It looks good at first glance, but then I realized the problem.
For 3 mana, you practically destroy the land - since the controller would be foolish to tap that land anymore. However, they still have the option of using that land later if they really need to. A good player will be able to realize when it's safe to start losing the lands attached to Kudzu. For 2G, simply use Ice Storm, with which you can destroy a land for certain.
