Should be Oracled to Cyclops Giant, like Bloodshot Cyclops. It has more printings as a Giant than as a Cyclops.

Thanks to this chap, Hulking Goblin and Hulking Ogre, I think of "can't block" as the Hulking ability.

Concussive Bolt etc should say "all opponent's creatures gain Hulking until end of turn."

Bedlam should say "All creatures have Hulking".
