That is incorrect. The attacker chooses blocking order (as in the order they take damage). All they'll have to do is put your wall at the end of the line.

You can also Spidersilk Net this with Gorgon Flail and it's even funnier. If you want what Wall of Denial has then just Lightning Greaves and Spidersilk Net using just wait for it one color.
