really not good. Goblins have much better choices on turn two. Goblins can easily race without this damage.

Goblins with icarus-dysfunction like this fellow, Kyren Glider, Utvara Scalper or Goblin Sky Raider should leave that job to creatures which are supposed to fly. Almost embarrassing when you realize that they all are functionally inferior to Storm Crow.

I wonder if they were going for sort of an inverse Reach with this but didn't want to make a new keyword. Orrrr maybe they just really want to emphasize that flying goblins are -never- a good idea.
