It's preferable to Goblin Sky Raider and especially to Goblin Glider most of the time, yet afterall it's just a red Storm Crow with a drawback. It has a more useful creature type, though.
Hey, me too! A rather disappointing foil, though... Wish I could have gotten something like Coiling Oracle, or a bounce land.
It seems like almost every flying goblin is really under-powered. (See some on Mode's comment) Goblin Dirigible is pretty bad as well, although it's not technically a goblin
