Strictly worse nowadays than the Vapor Snag. In it's day this card was really good. Works well with cards like Echo Mage and Sigil Tracer

vapor snag is "stricly" better? What if you want to bounce your own creatures. Not better in that sense, and thus not "stricly better"......
