This card has been pretty useful for me in casual. It's not mythically awesome, but consider: it's a Sacred Nectar attached to a 3/4 vanilla. Not bad for 5CMC. Your opponent will think twice before bouncing it. If you have a way to get it back into your hand, you can up the lifegain. I have this in a deck with Narrow Escape, and they combo quite nicely - if it dies from combat or is removed, bounce it for 4 lifegain, cast it next turn for another 4 lifegain. That's 12 lifegain, which could easily extend your game by 1-2 turns. I like this guy.
