Erase outclasses this card for sideboard, unless you absolutely must have "destroy" for some unique interaction. They both 5 cent cards so....

No, it's not the best card. On the other hand, 1 cmc for a card that can potentially change the games is a great deal (Yes, the destruction of one specific enchantment does in fact win games... a lot.)
