Rampage only really worked with Lure. Flanking was much better. An underused mechanic. IIRC flanking effects are cumulative, so giving this to a creature with flanking built in will give -2/-2 to every non-flanking blocker.

I always found it odd that flanking was capable of letting a soldier destroy Darksteel Myr.
