She looks like Baneslayer Angel... but with fewer accoutrements. Proto-baneslayer, if you will. Apparently a crown of flowers and a sword give her +2/+1 and a few other abilities.

It's not fair to compare her to Baneslayer Angel, since BS didn't come out until years after this.
It is, however, fair to compare her to Serra Angel, who's been in the game right from the very beginning. Yeah, Serra was pretty good, in the early days, and it was maybe reasonable to make a weaker version, but loss of power and loss of vigilance?
It makes me so sad when I see such amazing art on a card that should never see play. :(

A bad 5 mana angel -> Starlit Angel.
A good 5 mana angel -> Melesse Spirit, Angel of Light.
A very good 5 mana angel -> Serra Angel, Shepherd of the Lost, Angel of Flight Alabaster.
A too good 5 mana angel -> Baneslayer Angel, Angelic Overseer.
