I agree this thing is an unblockable 5 damage on the turn it's summoned... but what about your opponent's turn? Leaves you totally vulnerable, and is too expensive to really do much else.

This doesn't have to attack, so in a tight situation you can plop this on the table as a blocker that saves your skin. You cannot do that with Lava Axe.
