@Faunts / @Izual : no you can target 1 to 5 creatures. it states "up to" meaning 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5; 5 being the maximum ammount of targets. I doesnt state different targets (like incremental might / blight).

Just one more reason I wish Godhead of Awe had a less color intensive cost. If memory serves me though there are a few Orzhov cards that would pair nicely with this.
