His ability doesn't fit with his beefy size, a utility creature should be smaller, who wants to spend 5 mana for a creature like this...

Not useful, but flavorful. He's a big elephant that just wants to do what Master Decoy and Blinding Mage do. Don't blame him. Not all elephants were made for stomping.

This is not a very good card, it only taps one creature, but if u got it to untap on the same turn it used its ability, then it would be useful. flavor text is a win.

Goldmeadow Harrier and Gideon's Lawkeeper do this better. If you want to keep tapping creatures, you don't need a 3/3 body for .

He's not the worst. He's big enough to block, so you can threaten to tap on the opponent's end step instead of the declare attacks step. This makes your opponent's attacks pretty bad, especially if you can crack back hard. Mystic helps with cracking, too.
He's a good limited man. If he was a 3/4 for {3}{W} with this ability he'd be constructed awesome, but not every common creature is destined for that.
