Meh. Decent. Card draw and pump in black. Not fantastic. Blue can draw two cards for 3CMC. Green can draw a card and a basic land. Of course in black you can also draw three and discard one. So basically I've determined that it's not a draw engine. Still, it's not bad. I give it a 2.5.
