Excellent burn.

Nice delayed trigger effect too. Nowhere does it state that Searing blood is the thing that actually has to kill the creature. Can be used to shoot a critical two points against a fatty in combat, for example.

Anyway. What would the medical term for this condition be? The suffix -hemia means "of the blood", the prefix pyro- means "fire"... so... Hemiapyroitis?
