I have no problem with Prowl. Easy to understand and is priced very nicely.
Good creature for both its tribes, who favour aggro and then some. I can see why this was a rare originally - Stinkdrinker Daredevil makes this thing a tremendous threat. It's basically the Goblin/Rogue Gravecrawler.

In the right deck this is a slightly better Gravecrawler. However, such decks are few and far between, and most Goblin decks would rather use other things than this.

A 3/1 for 2 is on curve for goblins, being able to recur is a nice advantage, especially with Goblin Warrens. You have tokens so you can get this guy back. You have sacrifice fodder so you can create more tokens. It's a vicious cycle :)
Note that he can attack with Warren Instigator and legion loyalist, do his damage, be sacrificed to altar's reap, and be played again on Warren's trigger or on your own mana for prowl

Janky, but sounds fun
